Seller reviewSam Griffin offers concierge level service. He was always available via phone or texts. He can keep you on track without being overbearing. He offered to meet contractors and inspectors at my home when I could not. He even tried to help me find a home for my cat! Sam treated me like a member of the family and he was fully invested in the sale of my home. I felt like I was his only seller. He offered excellent advice on preparing my home for the market and he had a level of confidence in my home's marketability that I didn't see. I would highly suggest Sam to anyone buying or selling. He will do right by you!
