Buyer reviewFrom our first visit Sam made a great impression so we kept calling him when we were ready to visit the area to find our retirement home. We live out of state and were only able come to the area once or twice a year over several summers. Sam was always eager to show us properties but never seemed to grow impatient with us or pressure us to 'settle'. We appreciate Sam sticking with us for the long haul!
