She has a lot of experience buying and selling homes, and also owns her own properties. She utilizes that knowledge when showing homes to prospective buyers by sharing her own observations on pros and cons of the home, as well as sharing things to look out for in our home inspections. She offers recommendations for inspectors, lenders, lawyers, basically anyone you need for the homebuying process. She is good at listening to your needs and wants and finding a home that fits your requirements.

I stumbled across her realtor page years ago and knew when I was ready to buy a house, I wanted Sam to represent me and she did not disappoint! Sam will literally check all your boxes of your real estate needs. She made buying my first home a seamless process. She was professional, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable on so much. Questions I thought I'd have to ask contractors, she knew. Questions I thought I'd have to ask the bank, she knew. She also had a contact for just about everything! She kept me on track with everything from start to finish and I cant thank her enough for guiding me through this process. I cant wait to work with her again down the road!
