Seller reviewSam was referred ot me by a friend but I had used Covered Bridges in the past. I struggled listing my house for several reasons, mainly because I was happy there & loved the location. Sam was extremely patient with me & let me proceed at my own pace. She willlingly shared her knowlege about the market & process. I was a bit concerned that Sam might not have enough contacts in my area but she definitely proved me wrong! We listed my house on a Monday & by Friday, we had 2 offers! I ever expected that, especially becasue there were many other houses for sale in my community. I believe the little extras SAm does was instrumental in this sale. An example would be hiring a professional photographer. She also gave me many helpful tips , like decluttering, making rooms look large & open. Same was always available to me & got back to me timely on any communication. I definitely would hire Sam again as welll as refer her to any friends & family in need of these services.
