Seller reviewI had gotten Samantha's name from my cousin who was considering selling his parents house in Bloomsburg and there were very impressed by Samantha's and her knowledge I would recommend Samantha highly for her knowledge and friendlyness and knowledge on on the selling of my mom's house at 804 Poplar Street Bloomsburg . She did one open house and just put homey touches she even brought her own porch furniture to.stsge the front porch and put a colorful.rug and flower weather and even set the table very nice . She was very friendly and helpful.during this whole process I would recommend her highly I would recommend Century 21 highly . I was very satisfied with switching from another real.estste organization I am so thankful.that my cousin gave me Samantha's business card . Very delightful to.work with during this very difficult time selling my mom's house .Thank u You Samantha for all your help selling my mom's house .

She was open and honest about all of the properties we viewed and she was very flexible with her schedule so we could see every property we asked to see, in a timely manner. She was prompt and knowledgeable with paperwork and willing to help us with anything we didn't understand. She was very knowledgeable of the area and answered every question we asked. Samantha was positive and encouraging the whole time. She also went above and beyond to get us what we asked for and when it came time for closing she made sure everyone was on the same page including the seller and selling agent. I absolutely will use Samantha again in the future and I will highly recommend her to everyone I know. She takes her job very seriously, she advocates for you as the buyer and she gets the job done!
