She kept us in the loop on upcoming deadlines, and she was very helpful during inspections with asking questions and clarifying whether items were of concern or not.

She was the one who suggested we get started earlier than we thought so we could get reference points and we would know, by the time we were ready, where we wanted to live and the kind of house we would want to buy. She was right. She was with us through every phase and was always professional, supportive, honest, patient, easily reachable, and a pleasure to work with. Her attention to detail was excellent, we always felt like she had our back, and she helped us bring our closing to a successful conclusion. Even when we got stressed during the process, her calm and positive nature kept us on track. She clearly love what she does and is extremely good at it. We received quality representation and personalized attention.

Once I found the home I wanted, Sam Garcia, again, was there at every step assisting me through the entire process. Sam was able to provide me all the options I had as a buyer to ensure I was making the right decisions.
