I am sure that my home will probably be one of the toughest in Sam's career. This is my 4th home and the toughest by far. But she never gave up helping me and was always available to show me the house for me to check this and that. THANKS SAM!!!

Samantha Kaul performed extremely well as my realtor. Her performance was above and beyond all my expectations. I especially appreciate her ability to keep everything on schedule. Thanks to her reminders, I was able to get all my tasks completed on time. I was also very impressed with Samantha's ability to answer all my home buying questions. I had several tougher question (regarding public records information, appraisal vs. list pricing, construction history, etc.) that she was able to answer on the spot or in a timely manor after researching the answer. I appreciate and applaud all her efforts with helping me be an informed home buyer. I would definitely recommend Samantha Kaul to anyone looking for a realtor to buy/sell a home.
