Buyer reviewWe have been working with Samantha since September 2023 while living in New Jersey and looking for our final homein Tennessee. Of all of the Realtors we worked with remotely, Samantha worked above and beyond our expectations. We did not purchase remotely, but chose to relocate and rent while waiting on the housing market. In January 2024, we started looking again and asked Samantha to be our buyers agent and we could not be happier! After several properties could not meet our needs, we asked her if she ever worked for new construction purchases (D.R. Horton) and she did. From there she helped walk us through all of the pertinent details of the best way to proceed and it has been very easy. With our closing behind us, we cannot than Samantha enough for all of her hard work and due diligence!
