She was very responsive to any questions or concerns that I had about the rental process. She made sure that we had the right tenet and review them thoroughly. She reassured me constantly whenever I was anxious about the process. She made the whole process so easy from start to finish and every step in between.

Tenant reviewI have had the pleasure of working with Samantha twice. The first time was in June 2023 and the last time was starting February 2024 in both of these cases Samantha was able to find us rental properties that not only fit our budget but everything else we were looking for. She was very thorough and gave us many options. In both cases she coordinated showings so we could see firsthand the properties. Samantha is very knowledgeable about the real estate market. she was very accessible and if I ever had to leave a message, she responded quickly . she also helped when it came to negotiating some of the details in the two respective leases which I signed. when our lease was up at the First rental property she found for us. She met me at the property with the owners representative to go through a move out checklist to make sure I would receive back my full deposit. as a past owner of three service businesses I know the importance of giving good service. I highly recommend Samantha
