Seller reviewSamantha is the consumate professional. She is extremely attentive, focuses on the details, and is a good communicator. She knows the local market very well. She did everything possible to make the experience as easy as possible for me. In particular, I was selling a property from out of state, so there were a lot of times where she took care of details generally befalling the owner. Rather than have to solicit family and friends to serve in my absence, Samantha picked up the slack wherever she could and it made a huge difference. If you are selling your home in South Florida, you should call Samantha Rosen.
