Seller reviewSam was absolutely amazing, completely went above and beyond expectations of what a Realtor should be. She completely set the bar, which I have not seen any other agents meet. We remained in constant communication, and since I was living abroad, if there was any Little issues, big or small, she would take care of them. For example; replacing smoke detectors, light bulbs and light switches, which was saving me hundreds of dollars. Choosing to give's this Realtor and Company my business, has been one of the best decision to make a long while. Sam's Patience and professionalism, Was extremely apparent, when dealing with difficult tenants that would not always be able to make the property available for showings and or inspections. She always remain calm and professional to ensure keeping the peace between all parties. If I am to buy or sell another home in this area, Sam will definitely be my realtor.
