Buyer reviewThis is my fourth time dealing with Samantha she has sold three properties and helped me purchase this home while selling my home and everything went smooth even with short time line Samantha is always available gets answers to all my questions and concerns puts fourth every effort to make everything go as smooth as possible Helped me understand the comps in the area and advised me in putting together a offer and negotiate with the owner. She worked with the title company to get my closing on both properties to close at the same time with only a short period of time. Patricia Wallace was involved in the whole transaction even while on vacation they are a great team could ask for better agents! I have nothing but the best experience working with Samantha and Patricia I wouldn't even think of going with anyone else!
