Samer moved to Tampa, Fl after being born and raised in Brooklyn, NY for 33 years of his life. Growing up in NYC, his goal was always to be a real estate entrepreneur after seeing the value in owning real estate. He started investing in the Tampa area over 20 years ago and the potential here is what made him decide to move down to this great city! For over 20 years he has been buying, selling, and flipping real estate. He is also a CPA, and this experience has given him the upper hand in being able to analyze and evaluate how to make sure any investment is profitable in commercial and residential properties.

He was the first to be interviewed and I was very impressed, I thought the next have to be supermen and superwoman to come anywhere close to the interview I just had. Communication between us was very good. any question no matter what it was was answered straight away. I have known many realtors, some have great communication. some have a passion for real estate, and some have the best people skills but in Samer I found him to have all three of those qualities. I am just so grateful that Samer was recommended to me and people are so impressed when I tell them about him that they now want his details for when the time comes to sell their homes.
