Also, I've always known Sam to have integrity, which was very important in our selection of a realtor. We would use Sam again if we ever sold another house. He was very responsive, worked with urgency, and gave excellent advice. I would highly recommended him to anyone selling a house (and I have), because he has a proven track record!

Buyer reviewSam's personality eluded trustworthiness. Great personality and sense of humor. Besides all of the above, Sam had an excellent knowledge of the the different neighborhoods in Bakersfield. He had an excellent judge of what I had in mind for a home and type of neighborhood I would feel comfortable in from our conversations. There were absolutely no hitches. Although I did not choose the first home we looked and ultimately found the home that best suited my needs and the area was near family. This experience went without hitch from beginning to end with Sam's attention to every detail and the time he took to get to know me.
