Buyer reviewWe gave Samuel Scelta our wish list and a list of homes that we had looked at online that we wanted to see in person. The home that we purchased was not on that list because we were not interested in living on a main road. Because Sam looked at our list and wanted to meet our needs, he talked me into seeing this home. We cannot thank Sam enough for talking me into seeing the home that we purchased. It is exactly what we needed and it is beautiful! We would highly recommend Sam to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home. He listened to what we wanted and produced it. During this entire process Sam made sure that we knew exactly what had to be done and how quickly it had to be done as well. If he sent me an email, he made sure that I received it. We needed to close on time and Sam made sure to do anything in his power to get that done for us. We cannot thank him enough.
