Seller reviewAs our property was one of the higher-priced residences in Burnt Store Marina, it took longer to sell than other lower-priced homes. Sandi helped us decide when to lower the price and helped us consider the offers we received. The best part of this transaction was that Sandi was always available when we needed her. She listened to us and our concerns. She suggested improvements to our property to help in the sale. When we got nervous about the lack of activity, she explained what was going on in the real estate market in the area. That really helped us stay up-positive about selling our home. Sandi Stricklin is a friend and a neighbor. We trusted her with selling our home and that trust was well placed. We have used her services before and we would not hesitate to recommend her.
