Seller reviewSandi Sullivan was the perfect agent throughout our whole real estate experience. Sandi was optimistic, yet realistic and never encouraged us to do anything we were not comfortable with. She showed us many houses, even if we knew we were not going to purchase certain ones. She wanted us to become very clear on what we did and did not want. Ultimately, she was able to get us into a showing of a house that was not going on market. This gave us an edge that allowed us to get the house! Once we did, she immediately got our house on the market and ended up getting multiple offers on it. We sold our house for more than we ever thought it was possible! Every step of the process was simple and easy and we couldn't be happier with our new home.
