Sandra is very knowledgabe and communicated well discussing everything with us. Pricing of the house and how she came to suggest the price. Doing what we wanted her to do (ie be present at all showings because we were still cleaning out the house). Not putting a for sale sign was our choice but with her help it didn't hurt us at all. I would highly recommend Sandra to anyone looking to sell their home!
