And I was amazed at the result especially the way she staged it. She really knew what to do. It was no wonder it sold right away. She was patient, understanding and very knowledgeable. She took care of me through the whole process even when I needed her expertise in the 1031 exchange. I truly appreciated having had her as my agent. I would certainly recommend her to my family and friends.

Seller reviewThis was a difficult assignment and not your traditional real estate sale. Sandy not only had to deal with me, as an agent for the court but also with a diverse family who owned the property but could not agree on the selling of it, hence the partition. I did not know Sandy prior to this transaction but I have come to appreciate her abilities. As a court appointed commissioner for over 15 years, I have had an opportunity to deal with many realtors. Sandy clearly is in a different league.
