Buyer reviewOur experience working with Sandy was all positive. Her business knowledge is super, and beyond that, she is a very conscientious and caring person. Her patience is also remarkable. I really appreciated Sandy's promptness in answering questions and letting me know what was going on. She had to go an extra step because I am not in the area, but she never let that deter her. Seller reviewSandy led us through the steps of getting our house ready for sale. It sold quickly so we were able to move forward in the purchase of another home. However, Sandy could see the buyer of our house was not meeting prescribed deadlines. By the time the first buyer withdrew from the contract Sandy had another cash buyer lined up. Sandy's forward thinking and attentiveness allowed escrow on the house we were purchasing to continue uninterrupted.
