Amazing agent to work with, been working with him for 10 years would not change ever. He's not like other agents he actually cares about his clients and is always in their best interest. Hes never let me down. Most amazing and honest agent gets everything done super fast and has knowledge on everything. Also answers all question fast don't have to be waiting for multiple days for a response

The most determining factor is that Santiago was polite and patient. He also was clearly out for our best interests. Unlike other realtors who we had in the past he had contacts for everything and was there when they were needed, and didn't push when we wanted to go a different way or had someone else. Santiago was helping us, and didn't push us to use his references unlike agents before.
