Sara Boling Gore brought qualified buyers to my parent's home almost immediately after it was on the market. She helped me to find trustworthy cleaners and movers, which was over and beyond my expectation. Her Broker, Penny Boling, was also a great resource and advisor to me. I was fortunate to have Sara Boling introduced to me by the CEO of my job. I was relocating to Myrtle Beach and overwhelmed by the number of realtors available. Also, the number of houses available in the area are very limited. It can be difficult to understand how multiple variables factor into a move or relocation and you have to inherently trust the realtor to look out for your best interests. I have bought and sold a home three times before and each transaction was very stressful. You never know if you truly trust your realtor. I am not afraid to admit that my knowledge about real estate is very limited. Some agents take advantage of this and others can be condescending. Sara was honestly the perfect combination of professional, warm, understanding and also gives you enough space to make your own decision. If something seemed totally egregious or out of sorts, she intervened and would interject and let me know what she thought and offered very sound reasons. I think that there is also alot that goes on behind the scenes that I probably have no clue or concept of. I think a great real estate agent is important to communicate needs to the selling/buying agent. Once I had identified a home, I think Sara went out of her way to help us get it. The other thing that I would add is that there were many things that Sara did for myself and my fiance that she did not have to but felt she did because she is just a caring person. We did not live in the area and she picked us up from the airport, took us out to lunch, and made sure to help us in any way. And we both made multiple trips out to Myrtle Beach because we had one sale fall through. She also had multiple contacts for movers, painters, and etc that made it very easy for us to take care of things. She worked late and would routinely communicate with us and it was not uncommon for her to reach out to us late in the evening after speaking with other agents. I feel very fortunate that we were introduced to Sara Boling and she is the only one we would buy/sell a house in this area. She goes above and beyond and I am grateful because it was incredibly challenging looking for a home in the Myrtle Beach area with limited houses, crazy home pricing, and rising interest rates.
