We had planned on proceeding with the listing of our home with the spouse of a friend from work, but complications arose during the discussion revolving around commission. Fortunately for my family, we opted to get a second opinion from Sara at Century 21. She was extremely polite, and took the time to hear our concerns and develop a plan that addressed our needs. We had moved to Florida shortly after listing the home for sale, so Sara was not only our realtor, but also our representative in Pennsylvania. Throughout the process, she took vital steps to ensure that our listing and eventual sale stayed on track (as best she could within her control). Sara was a colleague from a different aspect of my life, so I am extremely grateful that I decided to have her take a look at our home and present an offer to be our realtor. She made a professional recommendation of what we should be able to sell our home for (without first asking us what we wanted to get for it), which I am glad that we did it that way, since she was 25% higher.
