She kept us motivated in getting our house ready to list and made great decisions on how to list and for how much. Our house was listed on a Thursday night and by Tuesday we had nine offers to chose from! She helped us navagate the offers and ultimately negotiated with seller realtors to get us the best deal! 10/10 would recommended Sara and would definitely work with her again in the future.
