Sara was amazing! She spent so much time over the past 18 months helping us find just THE right house. And when we did find it, she was exceptional in helping us negotiate the best deal. She kept us informed daily, which was super helpful, because we were out of town buyers. She also helped us tremendously with home and roof inspections... The deal closed within 30 days! If we rated on a scale of 1 to 10, she would get 100 from us! If was a joy getting to know her and watch baby Miles grow. We sincerely could not have asked for a better realtor.

Sara Jung Umstead was the second realtor I worked with in finding a home in Brookings OR. The first person I dealt with was somewhat rude as I asked questions about safety, green space etc. Sara always was willing to answer any and all questions I asked and if she didn't know she would find out. I never felt like I was a bother . Sara was also always available to me and if she was going to be in a meeting she would let me know ahead of time. I'm so impressed with her dedication to her clients and the way she made me feel at ease. Iam so glad I found her online and highly recommend her
