Buyer reviewI had a different realtor before I met Sarah Langford. That realtor didn't take the time to find out what I WANTED or NEEDED. Additionally, it was important to me that a realtor has built a bridge of a professional relationship with my mortgage broker because I witnessed firsthand what happens when there isn't mutual respect and a professional history between the broker and the realtor. Her background in property management and her longevity in the business were also important considerations for me. It meant I could rely on her institutional knowledge of our area. Sarah brought that and more. We are so pleased with the home we purchased with her help! She is A I will absolutely use her again.
