She was so quick when listings came up & we would have showings scheduled within hours which always gave us a competitive edge. She was such a great communicator and was never afraid to call the selling agent to get our offer to the front of the pack or figure out what exactly the seller was looking for in an offer. She always gave us the guidance we needed to make the right choices on homes. Overall Sarah found us an incredible home with all of our must haves and in budget! Once our offer was accepted, Sarah always had a quick answer to all of our questions which made the process so much easier. I would highly recommend everyone use Sarah Lux if they are in the market. 10/10 experience!

She went above and beyond to make sure she knew what we wanted in a selling price and what we wanted in the house we were purchasing. She helped us find a great home and helped us buy our house even with other offers on it.
