Working with Sarah was great. Being new to Texas, Sarah provided extensive local knowledge of ideal neighborhoods based off our needs. She was very accommodating to showing us houses (especially my first visit when we weren't 100% sure we would be moving to the area) and if she wasn't available, she was able to find an alternate realtor to take us. Sarah's ability to negotiate with builders is unmatched as she was able to negotiate us two great contracts that covered all of closing costs. Even with us backing out of our first contract, Sarah was able to get our full deposit back! We really enjoyed working with her and high recommend her to anyone local or moving to the area.
