I specialize in beach and waterfront investments from Clearwater Beach to Treasure Island, predominantly working with investors to build, maintain, and grow wealth through real estate along Florida's Gulf Coast Beaches. I hold a B.S. in Biological Engineering from the University of Florida and use my technical knowledge and past experience working in local water resources to aid my clients in decision-making before, during, and after the buying or selling process. She went above and beyond to help us understand the rules and differences in selling a property in Florida vs Canada. I have never used the same real estate agent twice for the purchase and then again for any subsequent sale. Sarah McIntyre is the first real estate agent that I would unequivocally enlist again to handle my next sale and purchase should that occur in the future. Sarah made me feel like we were a partnership working together and not just involved in a business transaction. I find her extremely friendly and interested in the wellbeing and success of her clients. Real estate searches and transactions can have their moments where they can be a bit stressful. Sarah made it an extremely enjoyable experience from beginning to end. I thought Sarah was very effective, thorough and even though she had other clients, she made me feel I was the most important client she had.
