Buyer reviewSarah took the time to learn what we were looking for and made the process enjoyable! It was a long process to find a home that we wanted to call home but once we did Sarah helped us get everything together fast. She individualized our process and went out of her way to make sure we had the all the information and quotes needed following our inspection. She went out of her way to cater our offer to meet the desires of the sellers ensuring that our offer was acceptable. We will always recommend Sarah for home buying and selling! Her consideration and attention to detail makes every step the buying process easy and fun?

Seller reviewI realized early on that selling my home was 10 times more emotionally draining than purchasing my home originally. I had invested a lot of blood sweat and tears into renovating my home and I wanted to find someone who would value the home the way I did. Even though it was a long process due to the market, Sarah was with me every step of the way! She was on the phone with me at a moments notice to talk through my concerns, ask for advise, and discuss next steps. I would not have been able to make it through the process as well as I did without Sarah! I will definitely be reaching out to her again when I'm ready to buy/sell!

She facilitated looking at tons of properties without pressure as I searched for the ideal place for me. I was able to get what I wanted despite competiton from other buyers. Very upfront, professional and an excellent mediator/negotiator. Sarah made the home buying experience straightforward for me even though I started the process with no experience or knowledge about homebuying. An easy recommendation to others looking to buy a 1st home or (as was my friends case) looking to move/sell from an existing one.

Buyer reviewSarah was an absolute blessing for my home-buying process; this was my first time buying a home and I was bombarded with horror stories about every step of the process from friends and families who had been through it. However, none of this was an issue with Sarah; she kept me updated on every correspondence between her and listing agents, answered any questions I had and knew where to find the answers when she did not have them on hand, and was pleasant and professional throughout. For something that can be such a headache and pain, Sarah did a great job ensuring I had a comfortable and easy experience, and I'd use her again in a heartbeat.
