She was polite, friendly, respectful, and always felt like she was on "our side". Savannah made something stressful like home-buying a relatively stress-free and enjoyable process. Any questions we did have she answered clearly. Savannah was great at communicating with the listing agent when we had questions, and did so in a very timely manner.
