Scott made me feel at ease through the whole process from start to finish. He is genuine, unlike many realtors, he is invested and takes a team approach. Scott knows his field and is extremely professional. I have already referred family and friends to Scott. Many friends and family asked for his contact information when they heard how smoothly everything went with the sale of my home. His work speaks for itself. Scott kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. There was no need to be in touch with any other staff members.

Working with Scott Burger to sell our family home was a wonderful experience. Due to Scott's communicative nature, knowledge of the real estate market, negotiating skills, and honest candor, we found a buyer within a WEEK of listing. Scott came to us highly recommended by several coworkers and friends. I was told I would be crazy not to use him and I must admit they were right! We tried to sell the house prior to working with Scott. When dealing with another agency the house sat vacant for over six months without an offer insight. To say that we were reluctant to get into another listing would be an understatement. In our initial consultation, Scott listened to all of our concerns and addressed each one, not with just his words, but with his actions thereafter. Moreover, I felt we had an extremely tailored experience because he listened and adjusted to meet the needs of his client. One of our first concerns was the presentation of the house to the online marketplace. Scott took beautiful pictures of every room and wrote a glowing description, which I credit as one of the motivating factors behind the 47 viewings we had in under a week. Did I mention we got 11 offers?!? 11!!! Our second major concern was in reference to communication. The first time around we had no idea what was happening with the house or the showings. Scott was an open communicator. He kept us in the loop regarding the open house and the showings. Scott also communicated with us about his contact with other realtors, feedback from potential buyers, and his work with all the different offices one must contact in order to sell a house (banks, loan officers, lawyers, appraisers, etc). Not only did Scott keep the communication lines open in reference to the home and the traffic there, he also gave us great advice concerning our role in the home sale, our interaction with prospective buyers, dealing with offers and counter offers, and so on and so forth. He facilitated a positive experience from the listing paperwork through to the closing, which he drove me to. If we are ever in the market to buy or sell real estate in the future, I would 100% work with Scott Burger! He is trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable, well-connected to other people in and around the real estate industry, and full of great advice. He is kind, caring and ethical in a business that can be daunting and overwhelming.
