This was going to be my third real estate transaction with Scott, and his track record spoke for itself. I didn't need to look anywhere else for someone to help me sell my house. Scott is great at getting a deal done. He goes the distance and makes sure everyone is happy while still negotiating and keeps parties interested. He's realistic about inspection results and buyer asks that helps bring logic into any concessions that have to be made.
