Seller reviewWe had tried to work with another agency then contacted a different broker within Century 21 and were led to Scott Fink almost by accident. When briefed of our situation, Scott understood - and communicated well - a specific plan, maintained confidence, and kept us informed of every possibility and likelihood concerning the marketing and sale of our unimproved property. All plans were made over the phone; we never actually met Scott in person, yet his ability and desire to stay in communication with us was encouraging and appreciated. During all phases of the listing and sale Scott treated us like we were his only clients - it's clear Scott loves his work! We could not be more pleased with Scott's professionalism, friendliness, or quality of work during all aspects of the sale. In short, we could not be happier with our choice of Scott Fink as our realtor!

Scott Fink always makes you feel like you are his most important client and works around the clock for you. Scott Fink has lived in the area his entire life and knew what homes I should look at that met my needs. I would recommend him to anyone! Scott will always have your best interests in mind during negotiations and also the entire buying process. He was patient with me when I needed time to think and was always available when I needed to discuss things. Scott Fink made it easy during my buying process beachside he was respectful and I trusted that he had my best interests at heart. I will absolutely use Scott Fink as my real estate agent in the future. In fact my parents observed how great it was to work with Scott and stated that they will be giving him a call soon.

Buyer reviewSCOTT WORKED VERY HARD TO GET MY HOUSE SOLD...I REALLY WANTED A BRAND NEW HOME AND WE HAD TO SELL FIRST...HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE THAT HAPPEN ...WHEN WE RECEIVED AN OFFER AND HAD TO TERMINATE DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES OUT OF OUR CONTROL...WE RECEIVED ANOTHER OFFER AND THAT ONE FELL THROUGH HE THEN WENT BACK TO THE FIRST OFFER TO SEE IF THEY WERE INTERESTED....WELL THEY WERE ALREADY LOOKING AT ANOTHER HOME...THEY DECIDED TO COME BACK TO US WITH THE SAME OFFER BUT WE NEGOTIATED SOME OTHER THINGS WITH THEM...WELL HE MADE IT WORK AND GOT IT SOLD...HE THEN GOT US IN MY DREAM HOME.... THANK YOU SCOTT FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK TO MAKE IT HAPPEN...YOU WERE GREAT AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE ABOUT YOU!
