He actually cares and is personable (which is rare nowadays).

We were referred to our 1st Realtor, but she was not engaging with us as much as we needed and we were very serious cash buyers for a home. We asked my cousin to seek a new Realtor and that's how we got Scott! He was very engaging, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. We felt confident he will be the one to find us our home with our specific perimeters and we did! He went above and beyond expectations, and was especially helpful to us doing most of the physical leg work, with us being way over here in California.
