We truly thought our house would take 6+ months to sell. However, Scott arrived with such a positive mindset and did the work- obtaining the right information, taking photos and videos and had our property listed in no time! We were not mentally (or otherwise) prepared for to receive a viable offer in only 2-3 showings… EVEN THOUGH SCOTT PREDICTED THIS HAPPENING!! Yes we sold the house- much quicker than we could have ever expected And we personally had to hustle to move onto the next phase of our journey. One thing we are certain about- we gained a friend out of this experience and we are grateful for that aspect!
