Buyer reviewWe really appreciate Scott for his dedicated service, professionalism and honesty when it was necessary he made us feel comfortable trusting him and the process throughout our search; post close Scott has gifted us a little thank you ( a tree) . I would recommend and use Scotts services again when necessary.

Buyer reviewIt is not so easy to deal with customers like us, who live in Canada. There were times when Scott had to deal with obstacles which came mainly from different rules and regulations. He did it with patience and consideration, and always reacted satisfactory to our questions and concerns. In the past we owned various houses and had quite a few realtors. Scott stands on the top of the list. It was a pleasure having him as our agents, and we wish him success in all his future endeavors.

Buyer reviewScott was on top of the sale throughout the whole experience. His was great at helping negotiate and getting tasks completed before closing. He went above an beyond helping with repairs needed before closing. Most agents would not put in the effort of Scott. He was my second agent I had used and his performance overshadows the first agent he replaced.

Seller reviewScott Mitchell stepped up to the understanding that I was a remote seller and staged the condo by himself. He was an excellent communicator in this aspect, as he removed some unnecessary furniture and clutter. His support did not end there, he helped negotiate findings during building inspection, and, when I came to the condo to do the final clean out, he was very helpful in, not only recommending outside resources, but he even pitched in on some heavy, and not so heavy, lifting. He really went above and beyond to make sure that closing occurred as scheduled.
