Scott Pearson is polite, professional, and caring. When we were buying this home he was extremely patient with us being first time home buyers - he walked us through the entire process. If I was to highlight just one of Scott's best qualities - He LISTENS. When selling this home he was extremely helpful as I was in Texas working a new job. He communicated all the progress and kept me in the loop, me being so far away. I love this guy - quite possibly the nicest person in Minnesota.

My employer recommended Scott Pearson at the beginning of the summer when I had mentioned my husband and I were looking for a home. She reached out to Scott and gave him my information. Scott contacted me that evening and we scheduled a time to meet. He asked me what we were looking for in full detail: pricing, size, location, etc. He took all our wants, needs, and concerns into consideration and was able to find the perfect house for us. We greatly appreciate how patient and thorough he was throughout the entire process, we would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home!

Scott was always in contact w/me, keeping me informed of what was going on w/properties in area. He answered or called me bk whenever I had questions. I also appreciated the work & time Tonia put in on our behalf. Thanks, Scott & Tonia. All in all, a very satisfactory experience. Oh, one more thing, Scott was always patient w/my questions even though some were probably very elementary.
