During a very difficult and stressful time in our lives, Scott was the constant that we needed and knew we could trust. He made the process simple for us and took much of the stress away so we could concentrate on health related situations that needed our immediate attention. We never felt rushed. Scott's communication reassured us that things would be taken care of. We knew we could trust Scott explicitly in handling the sale of our home. Having worked with Scott in the past, there was never a question that we wouldn't work with him again.

Scott was very thorough throughout the whole process of finding the right home and knowing what we were looking for. We bought a home that Scott pointed out to us that was not one of his listing. It was was listed by another companys. It turned out to be perfect for us. Other agents we had dealt with in the past seemed to want to steer us towards their own listings. Scott had the answers to all our questions. If he didn't have an answer he would find out the right answer and do it quite expeditiously. He was incredibly knowledgeable and kept the whole process of buying our home moving at a pace we were comfortable with. Thank you Scott! Scott was very helpful with the whole purchase. This was a cash sale but he didn't treat us any differently than a first time home buyer. Again, thank you Scott for all you've done for us now and in the future. Scott is a first class agent. We would highly recommend him, whether buying or selling. Top notch. Highly recommend. Top notch and professional!
