Very happy to have Scott in my corner in all things Real Estate. In what had been declared a Cash Sale, I was able to leverage my IRA (Funny Money) to use as collateral for Bank Financing (avoiding an IRS taxable Event) a high down payment purchase with the help of his very capable daughter Katie and her Team at Total Mortgage. All done in the same time frame as any Cash Sale could be accomplished.
