We especially appreciated his daily updates on progress and showings and their feedback. He stressed the fantastic location of the home and the fact it had the largest lot in the neighborhood as well as recent utility improvements. Scott was able to secure a full price offer within three weeks. He handled every aspect of the transaction right up to closing and recommended and used the title company we wanted.
