Scott was in agreement with our assessment of the sales price. We had 3 offers within 2 days, and received our asking price. We had a few issues with the sale, but Scott walked us through all the issues and helped us negotiate and form contingency offers and plans. When we are in the market again in the area, we will look Scott up again. Scott sets the standard for his peers and profession.
