I wholeheartedly recommend Sena, she was a great help through the whole process. During most of the process I was in Nashville when most of the important decisions were made. If it wasn't for Sena, I don't know how it would have been possible to buy a house in Charlotte.

We lived in another state and we were looking to relocate. She reached out to me from a post on social media after I asked for advice on areas in North Carolina. She assisted us with our initial move here and then assisted us even more on our recent build. It was a no brainer to use her for all of our real estate needs after she was our eye and ears with our first resident. She informed us on all of the laws and ins and outs of this new state. She's the most knowledgeable person we've experienced in our short time here in NC. She answered every question we had. To be honest she told us so much information we didn't really Have questions. She told us all we should know and what to expect as things progressed during this home buying experience. Anytime I was unclear or needed clarity. She was always available to answer every single question. Again I've never met someone so knowledgeable of all of the things about everything! Phenomenal experience. She is one we will always recommend to family and friends. I would do this 1000 times over but only with Sena's guidance! I couldn't image what this process would look without her every step of the way!! We never felt alone nor neglected! She did check-ins and made sure we were great through our first time Building!

My Loan Officer tried to pull a bait & switch on me exactly 7 days before closing. I was so panicked and stressed i didn't know what to do. Sena was there for me from all the way of starting the process of purchasing my first home all the way to the very last moments. She kept me feeling secure and i couldnt be more grateful!! She is the best!!!

Her ability to ask the right questions to get to know her clients AND THEN execute on the responses is top notch! She never wasted my time on properties outside my "wish list."
