Seth Malott is the broker/owner of CENTURY 21 ClearView Realty in Rapid City, South Dakota. Seth launched his real estate career in 2008, quickly establishing himself as a top producer. In 2013, he acquired the brokerage and received the Rising Star Award from his local association of Realtors that same year. Under his leadership, CENTURY 21 ClearView Realty has garnered numerous production and quality service awards, with Seth earning individual recognition for his commitment to excellence. Renowned for his professionalism, integrity, and compassion, Seth has become a trusted name in the Black Hills real estate market.
Beyond real estate, Seth is passionate about giving back to his community. He is dedicated to helping others in their pursuit of sobriety and serves on the board of directors for the He Sapa Community Alliance, currently working to establish a warming shelter for the local unhoused population. Every Friday at 4 p.m., Seth volunteers to serve hot meals to those in need. His past service includes roles as a former president of the local domestic abuse shelter-where he still assists as needed-and as a fair-weather Meals on Wheels driver.
Above all, Seth's greatest pride is his family. He is devoted to being the best husband to his wife of 13 years, Brittany, and the best father to their three amazing boys: Crosby (10), Wells (8), and Burke (4). Whether at work, in the community, or at home, Seth leads with a heart for service and a commitment to making a difference.

This home was sold right at the start of winter. We are very pleased with Seth's persistency in using all his resources and support to have a great buyer we know will take care of the home.

Seller reviewSeth Malott was very patient, had to talk me down from the ledge a few times. It was my fathers home and I live 10 hours away so he was very helpful in getting things done for me. The only trouble came by way of Wells Fargo, the buyers lender. We had to be very patient.

Seth and Courtney were very pleasant to work with, and they were very organized with property research to help explain the value of our home. They helped us with preparing the home by giving us advice on what buyers look for, and they took excellent photographs for marketing. Their marketing was direct and worked immediately! Buyer reviewComing from out of town with no prior knowledge of Rapid City, we needed someone to go above and beyond the call in regards to our purchase. Seth made it easy and seamless from the beginning. His communication was spot on and exactly what we needed being so far away. Seth had great local knowledge and put up with our endless questions. He arranged everything prior to us arriving to view homes and spent his Saturday with us. Then spent that Sunday with us writing an offer. We couldn't have asked for someone as knowlegable and caring. We are looking forward to working with Seth in the future should we ever have to leave our new purchase (which we LOVE)!
