Seth Malott is the broker/owner of CENTURY 21 ClearView Realty in Rapid City, South Dakota. Seth launched his real estate career in 2008, quickly establishing himself as a top producer. In 2013, he acquired the brokerage and received the Rising Star Award from his local association of Realtors that same year. Under his leadership, CENTURY 21 ClearView Realty has garnered numerous production and quality service awards, with Seth earning individual recognition for his commitment to excellence. Renowned for his professionalism, integrity, and compassion, Seth has become a trusted name in the Black Hills real estate market.
Beyond real estate, Seth is passionate about giving back to his community. He is dedicated to helping others in their pursuit of sobriety and serves on the board of directors for the He Sapa Community Alliance, currently working to establish a warming shelter for the local unhoused population. Every Friday at 4 p.m., Seth volunteers to serve hot meals to those in need. His past service includes roles as a former president of the local domestic abuse shelter-where he still assists as needed-and as a fair-weather Meals on Wheels driver.
Above all, Seth's greatest pride is his family. He is devoted to being the best husband to his wife of 13 years, Brittany, and the best father to their three amazing boys: Crosby (10), Wells (8), and Burke (4). Whether at work, in the community, or at home, Seth leads with a heart for service and a commitment to making a difference.

Seller reviewSeth Malott is an excellent realtor who excelled at meeting our needs in the sale of our home. Whether we were in town or out of state he kept the communication flow going and we always knew the status of our sale. The marketing materials he made for our sale were top-notch. Staff in his office were always professional and responsive to our queries as well. While preparing for our sale we needed to do some work on the house, and Seth was able to direct us to companies that completed our projects in a timely manner. His knowledge of the community is impeccable.

Buyer reviewThis is the 3rd home I have purchased with Seth. He is always available and knows this area well. He gets to know his clients and considers them friends by the time closing comes around. He works hard and has always fought for me in negotiation, whether it's purchasing or selling a home. Seth is the only realtor I recommend to people, and I will definitely be using him again.

We felt like he genuinely cared about us and had our best interest in every part of the process! We definitely made the right choice! Seth knew exactly what we needed to do to get the house sold. The photos and 3D tour came out amazing, and drew lots of people in to look (even from out of state virtually)! We have worked with many realtors in the past and Seth is hands down, THE BEST! We knew that he was looking out for us with every decision we had to make. We never had anyone advocate for us the way that he did. He was very patient and spent a lot of time with us... on the phone, at the property, texting, picking up keys, and etc. Seth made sure we got what the amount we had wanted to make out of the deal and we really do appreciate that! You cannot get a better realtor in the Black Hills than Seth!!
