Seller reviewSeth is a calming influence during an anxious, hectic time. He always had a solution to the calamity/dilemma/problem of the day. The house sold before it was officially on the market from the "coming soon" sign that Seth put on the lawn. There were several offers immediately and we sold the house in two days from the time that sign went on the lawn. Seth was our advocate and made sure we were protected and had great advice for many situations.
