I have 2 wonderful children and I have lived in Jacksonville for almost 17 years now and I am originally from San Francisco, CA. I can honestly say that I have truly fallen in love with the Northeast Florida Lifestyle. My family spends time together enjoying the wonderful events and sites Jacksonville has to offer, especially the beach and football games!
Prior to joining to real estate, I worked as a Senior Business Development Executive for a European Software Company that specialized in creating Trading and Risk Management Solutions.
I chose a career at Century 21 because they are a well-established global brand and the wave of the future, with customer satisfaction being at the top of their to do list!

I had spoken with several different realtors, but Shay was the one that stood out, she actually was the only one that wanted to listen to me and was constantly keeping me informed and in touch on a weekly basis. She treated me more as a friend than a customer by being open and honest with me during the process and even saved me from taking a low offer. Shay DEFINITELY puts the customer first and she does everything she can to make sure you are taken care of.
