Everything including scheduling the showing, inspection, negotiating the price to following through with all the necessary documentation and escrow requirement was done very efficiently and in a timely manner. She was always available for questions and concerns and had really good input and advice when we felt like we were about to hit road blocks. All in all an excellent smooth transaction and I would highly recommend her to everybody we know.
