Thank you for taking the time to read my bio! Originally from the Detroit Metro area, I moved to Clearwater in order to escape the long, dreary Michigan winters. Prior to making a jump into real estate I spent many years in the medical field as a Surgical Coordinator. The patient interactions I had during my medical career have helped me become well equipped to deal in negotiations, as well as educating home-buyers and sellers, with a more personal touch. With my social network and social media platform, I am able to effectively and efficiently reach a wider span of potential buyers and sellers.

Buyer reviewThe bank kept dragging with asking for all the documents til the last minute, we even had to move our closing date out abit, almost lost the deal with the seller but Shana went on súper women mode and pushed each dept and everyone with emails and call after call til we got this done!!! Very greatly for her exceptional work! That is called above and beyond the required!
