Meet Shane Phillips Hey everyone! I'm Shane Phillips, the broker and owner of Century 21 Adams-Harvey & Associates. I've been helping people find their dream homes since December 2006. My journey into real estate began when I received my license while working at the Yamaha Music Manufacturing plant in Thomaston. Little did I know, just a couple of months later, the plant would announce its closure, leaving us all looking for new paths. In June 2007, when the plant closed its doors for good, I took a leap of faith and went full-time into real estate. It's been an incredible journey ever since! I started my career at ReMax in Motion but soon found my home at Century 21 Adams-Harvey & Associates. In 2012, I had the opportunity to purchase the company from the amazing Tommy and Martha Adams, and it's been a privilege to carry on their legacy. I'm a proud attendee of the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs! ) and an alumnus of Mercer University. When I'm not working, you'll probably find me cheering on UGA football, relaxing on the beach, travelling somewhere I've never been, or diving into a good book. But my true passion? Helping people like you with all of their real estate needs. There's nothing quite like seeing the joy on a first-time homebuyers face when they finally get the keys to their very own home. Buyer reviewIf you are looking to find your dream home from a knowledgeable representative of Thomaston and surrounding areas of Upson County then Mr Phillips is the right realtor for you. He showed me and my fiancée a good twenty homes before we purchased and we were buying from out of state which made the transaction more difficult. Shane handled so much of the details for us that it made a stressful process much better. I am sure without him as the realtor the deal would not have gone through. He is dependable, has excellent with follow through, he is detail oriented and has a great sense of humor to boot. When we sell we will most certainly hire Mr Phillips and I will recommend him to all that I know for their home buying or selling needs.
