He was constantly available to us, and knew how to get things done, and get all of our questions answered, and always in an expedited fashion. We have purchased 6 different homes as a family, all over the country, and Shane was the best we ever worked with, both professionally and personally. The best agent we have ever worked with. Not only would we use him again, but we would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home in Ohio. The most accessible, the most knowledgeable, and the easiest to work with. He overachieved across all categories that we needed in an agent. He made an incredibly stressful process, not only bearable, but fun. my family loved working with Shane!

I even passed on agents whom were relatives in order to have Mr. Reid work for me to give us the best home buying experience. This was not my first home buying experience. I have used other agents in the past and have never experienced the professionalism that I did with Mr. Reid. Mr. Reid was always one step ahead of the process ensuring that we have a smooth and stress free home buying experience. The sellers agent was very difficult to deal with. She was very unprofessional and almost cost her client this sale. Mr. Reid's extreme professionalism and skill as an agent was the only reason this sale was a success.
