That hand written note was so much more personal than the postcards received from other agencies. She negotiated for me get a fair price in a time of a national pandemic. She staged the house beautifully and encouraged and guided me through the process. She presented facts and alternatives then let me make an informed decision This is not the first time I have sold a house. Shannon Craver was a superior agent. I highly recommend her. Wish I could have left items to be donated in Jersey rather than having to move them to PA because of the pandemic. Nothing you could have done about that. Being able to sign documents remotely was a tremendous help.
